Sign Installation

Aspen Agents: To stay compliant with local regulations, you must order through Dee Signs. For questions on the process, please reach out to agentexperience@compass.com.

Denver & Boulder Agents: Signtracker allows you to set-up sign installation and removal services with our preferred vendor, Axium.

(1) Create your signs in Sign Center

(2) Select our preferred vendor, Axium, as the ship to address during check out

(3) Fill out the installation request via Signtracker

Installations are completed the next business day, Monday-Friday. Yardarms are included in the installation at no additional cost.

Emergency Signs & Special Cases

For Denver & Boulder listings that need signage immediately, we recommend contacting Axium Listing Pro, our preferred local vendor who can often meet emergency needs in the Denver and Boulder metro areas.

Is my sign legally compliant?

Every sign panel design you see in the Compass Sign Center has gone through a rigorous review process, and has been approved by your regional marketing and legal teams. That means you can rest assured knowing that features like font and logo sizes are as large as possible, and that all designs adhere to the strictest of legal regulations.

The result? Less time reviewing proofs, and more time on your business. 

Which vendor is manufacturing the signs, and how were they chosen?

Following a thorough vetting process, Compass has partnered with Dee Sign as our sign vendor. Local signage vendors can still be used, but are not offered in Sign Center. We chose Dee Sign because they met our requirements with regard to our most important criteria, including:

  • Steep discounted pricing

  • Multiple production facilities across the U.S. to service all Compass regions with quick delivery times

  • Preparedness to handle scale and an influx in volume

  • Technical sophistication to allow for integration with the Compass system

How do I pay for my order?

Payment is accepted via all major credit cards at checkout. This is the only payment option available at this time. If you have an eligible marketing budget, you can submit your receipt from the Sign Center for reimbursement as you would with any other covered expense.

Can I place an order on another agent’s behalf?

If you’re ordering a sign for another agent — or if another agent or staff member is ordering a sign for you — the option to send a payment link to someone else is available at checkout.

How will my signs be installed?

At checkout, you’ll be able to choose where you’d like your order delivered: to you, or to an installer in your region.

Ultimately, it’s your responsibility to coordinate installation dates and locations with your selected installer after you place your order. Our preferred method is Signtracker by Axium in Denver and Boulder.
