How to Book a Conference Room
Instructions:
Open Google calendar.
Click "create" button on the top left side.
On the new event page, you'll see "rooms, etc" on the far right side next to "guests". Click the "rooms, etc" option.
Once you click the "rooms" option, a list of drop-downs will appear. You will see the office name in bold. Click that to see the list of rooms available.
Choose the room you would like to reserve for your meeting by clicking "add" to the left of the title. If the room is not showing up, it means it's already booked.
To see the available times, click "find a time" on the right next to "event details".
Once you've chosen a time, fill in the rest of the event details and click "save". It may take a minute or so before the event pops up on your calendar.
