You will need your key card & elevator code to access all doors after 5 PM and on weekends. Your office administrator will distribute your key card and unique elevator code upon onboarding. 

Where can I park? 
In addition to metered street parking on Walnut there are plenty of parking garages in the area. The bus depot is also next door if you wish to use public transportation.

 
 

How to Book a Conference Room

 

Instructions:

  1. Open Google calendar.

  2. Click "create" button on the top left side.

  3. On the new event page, you'll see "rooms, etc" on the far right side next to "guests". Click the "rooms, etc" option.

  4. Once you click the "rooms" option, a list of drop-downs will appear. You will see the office name in bold. Click that to see the list of rooms available.

  5. Choose the room you would like to reserve for your meeting by clicking "add" to the left of the title. If the room is not showing up, it means it's already booked.

  6. To see the available times, click "find a time" on the right next to "event details".

  7. Once you've chosen a time, fill in the rest of the event details and click "save". It may take a minute or so before the event pops up on your calendar.

What is the WiFi password? 

Network: Compass; Password: s3llb3tt3r 

Where are the restrooms? 

Restrooms are located in the main hallway on floor 2. 

Where can I locate my mail? 

Incoming mail will be distributed on a daily basis in your office mailbox or personal office. Your office mailbox is located in the kitchen on the west side of our suite. Please remember to have all packages addressed with your Name/Team Name, Compass and Suite 201/202. Your OA will contact you when packages arrive at the office. 

What is the kitchen policy? 

Coffee and tea are available every day at the office. Please make sure to label your personal food items if storing in the refrigerators. These will be cleaned out each Friday at 3pm. Please make sure all your items are removed prior to clean out time. 

How do I print?

The printing room is located on the west side of our suite. Please find instructions on how to add a compass printer to your personally owned Mac or PC here.

What are the guidelines for utilizing the stationary and printing in the office? Stationary is not stocked or supplied for mass marketing projects. Please adhere to the guidelines below for use of pre-printed materials: 

Envelopes: 30/week 

Folders: 10/week 

Notecards: 20/week 

Pitch books: 10/month. Need more? You can purchase customized pitchbooks from Xpressdocs here

Marketing Materials (printed in-house): 100/week (brochures, flyers, etc.) 

What if I need to print more than 100 copies? 

Xpressdocs or another Compass approved vendor is encouraged for 1) properties priced above $600K and/or 2) if you require greater than 100 copies as our printers are not designed to produce mass quantities. Standard printing and delivery with Xpressdocs is 5-7 days, and they can be rushed in 48 hours (at an additional cost). 

How do I bind a listing presentation/pitch book?
